The message of the President of the country is explained to the troops

An apparatus meeting was held at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the chairmanship of the head of the department, Lieutenant General Nurlan Yermekbaev.

The main topic of the meeting was the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action". The Defense Minister noted that the current document defines a plan for the current year, taking into account the country's strategic objectives.

The head of the department, Nurlan Yermekbayev, instructed his deputies, chiefs of structural units of the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, commander-in-chief and commanders to conduct appropriate explanatory work with the personnel.

In the Address, much attention is paid to strengthening legal principles, discipline and responsibility, the efficiency of spending budget funds, a new "social policy paradigm" is defined.

At the meeting, the minister heard the commanders-in-chief of the branches of the Armed Forces, the commanders of the branches of the armed forces and regional commands, who reported on operational information about the current situation in the troops. When discussing current affairs, attention was paid to the issues of liquidation of consequences in Arys, the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the Armed Forces, the organization of life and everyday life of servicemen, the state of military discipline and law and order.

Military service is life-threatening. Therefore, the security of servicemen should be an unconditional priority. The meeting noted a positive trend in this statistics.

The number of criminal offenses decreased by 16 percent, including minor - by 58 percent, moderate - by 50 percent. The number of crimes motivated by hooliganism decreased significantly - by 70 percent, abuse of power (by assault) - by 63 percent, violations of public safety - by 50 percent, hazing - by 46 percent, and abuse of power - by 30 percent.

The minister instructed the General Staff, commander-in-chief and commanders to intensify work on the high-quality implementation of the Unified Action Plan for the implementation of the Program "There is no place for crime in the army" with the provision of methodological assistance to military units lagging behind in terms of military discipline and law and order.

Compliance with budgetary discipline is a priority for the ministry. In this regard, the Minister instructed, starting from the first quarter of this year, to monitor the implementation of the planned indicators of budget programs on a monthly basis. Responsible persons are assigned to each indicator from among the deputy defense ministers and heads of structural divisions. There will be demand from them. As in previous periods, based on the results of the third quarter, an analysis of the performance of indicators will be carried out, indicating problems and shortcomings. Failure to eliminate them will entail a second official investigation with the prosecution of the perpetrators.

Referring to the social block of the Address, the head of the defense department Nurlan Yermekbayev drew attention to the need to continue work to improve the living conditions of servicemen, including the completeness and quality of bringing the prescribed standards of allowance, food, clothing and medical support. The solution to these problems must be given the highest priority. Omissions and other shortcomings will also be the subject of an official investigation with the following organizational conclusions.

For example, in one of the military units of the city of Karaganda, the head of the Main Directorate for the quartering of troops was brought to disciplinary responsibility for improper performance of official duties related to the repair of a soldiers' canteen. At present, claims are underway against the unscrupulous service provider, and documents have been submitted for a new tender.

The participants in the apparatus meeting also considered issues of the quality of military education, translation of technical terms and the use of borrowed words. Currently, higher military educational institutions are translating educational and educational-methodical literature into the state language. Also, a draft of a military-technical terminological dictionary in Russian, Kazakh and English is being developed, which was reviewed by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Prize Laureate, Professor Aliyarov B.K.

In his Address, the President gave the main directive - to work for a result, and it must be brought to everyone who is involved in military service, to the noble mission of defending the Fatherland.
