Veterinary services of the Russian Federation are not yet able to localize outbreaks of Avian influenza

Earlier in the Rostov region at the poultry farm "Belokalitvinskaya" was discovered the hotbed of the Avian influenza. After this incident, a new hotbed of bird flu was founded at the Eurodon poultry farm.

Let us remind that earlier bird flu restrictions were imposed to poultry farms of the Altai Territory, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Astrakhan and Kalmyk Republics, Kursk, Penza, Samara, Orlov, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov regions.

Currently, the Russian Register of Enterprises of the Customs Union has 55 enterprises for growing, producing and processing poultry and poultry products, which are limited to the import of poultry and poultry products to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
