Illegal import of regulated products from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan is prevented

During the inspection, it was found that 141 tons of wheat from Russian Federation; 2 tons of apples and 20 tons of grapes from Kyrgyz Republic were imported without mandatory accompanying of a phytosanitary certificate.
In addition, importing 2.5 tons of persimmon from Uzbekistan, a quarantine object was identified (Comstock worms - Pseudococcus comstocki (Kuwana)).
According to the above violations, the violators were brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with the Code of RK “On Administrative Offenses”. Quarantine products were returned to the exporting countries.
