PRESS RELEASE to the draft order «On introducing amendments and additions to the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 2020 № 39 «On approval of tax reporting forms and rules for their preparation»

The project was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On legal acts», in accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the Republican Budget for 2024-2026» and in order to reduce the number of notices to eliminate violations identified by state revenue authorities when studying and analyzing the information submitted by the taxpayer (tax agent ) tax reporting, information from authorized bodies on the activities of the taxpayer (tax agent).

The implementation of the Draft Order will not require the allocation of financial resources from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Draft Order does not affect the interests of private businesses and will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.

The purpose of adopting the Draft Order is to bring it into compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the exercise by subsoil users of the right to reduce contributions or social tax on the amount of contributions to the Social Health Insurance Fund, the State Social Insurance Fund, as well as on the amount of mandatory pension contributions of the employer to the unified accumulative pension fund .

The draft order was posted on the unified platform of Internet resources of state bodies on July 18, 2024, as well as on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=15141197) on July 18, 2024.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until August 1, 2024.
