PRESS RELEASE to order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2024 № 432 «On Amendments and addition to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 23, 2018 №280 «On certain issues of temporary customs control zones, temporary storage facilities and duty-free shops»

The Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of  Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2024 № 432 amendments and additions were made to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 23, 2018 № 280 «On certain issues of temporary customs control zones, temporary storage facilities and duty-free shops». 

By Order of the Minister of  Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 432 dated July 11, 2024, amendments and additions were made to Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 280 dated February 23, 2018 «On certain issues of temporary customs control zones, temporary storage facilities and duty-free shops».

The amendments were developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2024 «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business issues» and define the requirements for the arrangement and equipment of part of the territory (premises) of an open-type customs warehouse when used as a temporary storage warehouse.

The order passed state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 15, 2024 № 34736.
