to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On introducing amendments and additions to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2021 № 633 «On approval of natural standards for material and technical support of state bodies» (hereinafter referred to as the draft)

 

            The project was developed in implementation of the Protocol of the meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan on measures to implement the instructions of the Head of State given at the extended meeting of the Government on February 7, 2024, according to which it was instructed to take measures to optimize ineffective (unproductive) expenses.

            In this connection, changes have been made to the project regarding the rationing of office supplies and other consumables in the amount of 8 (eight) monthly calculation indices per 1 (one) worker (employee).

            The project provides for independence in the acquisition of office supplies by administrators of budget programs, which will allow them to purchase only necessary office supplies.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) on July 12, 2024.
