Press release to the draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2023 № 1033 «On Approval of the Rules for the Use and Monitoring of funds of the Special State Fund» (hereinafter - the Draft).

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2023 № 1033 «On Approval of the Rules for the use and monitoring of funds of the Special State Fund».

This project was developed in order to speed up decision-making in the process of implementing social and economic projects.

The project is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts http://legalacts.egov.kz on July 2, 2024.

The deadline for public discussion of the Project is until July 17, 2024.
