PRESS RELEASE to the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On introducing an amendment to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2017 № 927 “On approval of lists of objects, including strategic ones, that are state-owned and owned by quasi-public sector entities that are not subject to alienation”

Draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On introducing an amendment to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2017 №927 “On approval of lists of objects, including strategic ones, that are in state ownership and the property of quasi-public sector entities that are not subject to alienation” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution) was developed in pursuance of subparagraph 6) paragraph 2 of the Protocol of the presentation of information systems of the Ministry of Finance dated May 4, 2024, chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan O.A. Bektenov.

The purpose of the Draft Resolution is to classify checkpoints across the State Border as strategic objects.

The deadline for public discussion of the Project is until July 9, 2024.
