        The draft resolution was developed to align with the paragraph 2 of article 248, paragraph 2 of article 261 and paragraph 2 of article 273 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter – the Code), in connection with the amendments approved by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of doing business” and defines the forms and Rules of filling and delivery of the document on the conditions of processing of goods outside the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union and the processing of goods for domestic consumption, any changes (additions), revocation (cancellation) and (or) renewal of his actions, as well as extending the processing and recognition of waste generated as a result of the processing operations in the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union and processing for domestic consumption, unfit for further commercial use (hereinafter – the Draft).
