Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On amendments to the order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 № 739 “On determining the features of customs declaration, category of goods, region of implementation of the experiment in the field of foreign electronic commerce conducted in the Republic Kazakhstan and the application of the notification procedure for compliance with technical regulations in relation to e-commerce goods" (hereinafter referred to as the Order) developed, as part of the implementation of the order of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council dated October 9, 2020 № 16, of a pilot project (experiment) for carrying out customs operations in relation to goods for personal use purchased by individuals using the information and telecommunications network “Internet” and imported into the customs territory of the EAEU in international mail or by carrier to individuals.

The purpose of adopting the draft Order is to spread the pilot (experiment) in the field of external electronic commerce in the territories of the Department of State Revenue of Zhetisu region and the Department of State Revenue of Almaty city, as well as updating the Order in terms of filling out another electronic document recognized within the framework of the pilot project (experiment) customs declaration for e-commerce goods purchased by individuals.
