    To the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 14, 2014 No. 494 «On Approval of the Rules for Drawing up the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» according to paragraph 3 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2022 No. 872 «On measures to de-bureaucratize the activities of the State apparatus» regarding the provision of comprehensive reengineering of budgetary and rule-making processes with a general reduction in terms and stages, amendments have been made twice providing for the independence of administrators of budget programs, as well as effective and prompt consideration of proposals for a Single budget classification from local executive bodies at the stage of receiving opinions from sectoral central government bodies.
