PRESS RELEASE To the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 10, 2024 №280 «On amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 №167 «On determining the zones of activity of State revenue bodies»

 We hereby inform citizens that the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 10, 2024 №280 amended the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 №167 « On determining the zones of activity of State revenue bodies» (hereinafter – the Order) is posted on the «e-Government Portal» in the section «Open Government» - «Open NPAs».

The Order was developed in the implementation of Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 3, 2022 №887 «On certain issues of administrative and territorial structure» and dated September 17, 2022 № 1017 «On renaming the city of Nur-Sultan - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Astana - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan», in order to bring it into line with current legislation оf the Republic of Kazakhstan and improvement of customs administration of state revenue bodies.

The Order was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for №34358 dated 03/29/2024.
