This project has been developed:

1) in the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022 No. 177-VII "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of certain instructions of the Head of State", where subparagraphs 4), 5) of Article 52-3 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan are valid from 01.01.2022 to 01.01.2024, in part exclusion of non-tax revenues to the republican budget;

2) pursuant to paragraph 1.2 of the order of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 20, 2023 No. 24-2-N, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan was instructed to amend the Order of the Minister of Finance dated February 7, 2018 No. 136 "On approval of the list of authorized bodies responsible for collecting revenues to the Republican Budget, ....., non-tax revenues, ..." in terms of assigning responsibility to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for collecting revenues to the republican budget of the share of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the distribution of additional, additional and individual fees from the World Intellectual Property Organization;

3) in the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan", where, according to paragraph 8-1 of Article 19, a fee is provided for the passage of motor vehicles, goods and goods across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their passage through an electronic queue.
