Press release to the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 25, 2015 № 325 «On Approval of the Rules for the Use of Reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Local Executive Bodies and invalidation of Certain Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter – the Draft)

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 25, 2015 № 325 «On Approval of the Rules for the Use of Reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local Executive bodies and invalidation of certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

This project was developed in implementation of the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2024 № 11-06/817-1, according to which it is necessary to provide a mechanism for allocating funds from the reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies to subsidize  of energy-producing organizations owned by utilities, one hundred percent of shares (shares in the authorized capital) of which belong to the state and simultaneously carry out activities for the production of electric energy, water (distillate) and heat.
