In the implementation of the Law «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Business issues» and conclusions of the Ministry of Industry and Construction No. 24-02-24/774-I dated April 09, 2024 and No. 24-02-24/24-02-24/774- And on April 17, 2024, a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On approval of the Table distribution of budget revenues between budget levels, the cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Victims Compensation Fund, the Education Infrastructure Support Fund, the Special State Fund and the budgets of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union»» (hereinafter – the draft order).

The draft order introduced amendments and additions to budget programs and budget subprograms, as well as changes to the name of the type of income.
