Press release on the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2024 №169 "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2021 №927 "On approval of the form of the declaration of income and property of an individual and the rules for its preparation"

We hereby inform citizens that the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2024 No. 169 "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2021 №927" is posted on the "e-Government Portal" in the section "Open Government" - "Open NPAs"On approval of the form of the declaration of income and property of an individual and the rules for its preparation" (hereinafter - the Order).

The order was developed in connection with the introduction of amendments to paragraph 4 of Article 634 of the Tax Code, as well as the optimization of the declared information in the declaration of income and property of an individual (form 270.00).

The order was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for №34189 dated 03/29/2024.
