to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On making additions to the orders Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014  №403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and dated September 18, 2014 № 404 «On Approval of the Table of Distribution of Budget Revenues between Budget Levels, the Cash Control Account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Victims Compensation Fund, the Education Infrastructure Support Fund, the Special State Fund and the Budgets of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union»

 

 

On the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from __ ________ 2024 Year № ___ «On increasing the annual planned assignments of relevant budget programs at the expense of the remaining budget funds in 2023 and the use (re-use) in 2024 of unused (Underutilized) amounts of targeted development transfers allocated from the republican budget budget in 2023, and amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 12, 2023 №1108 "On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the Republican Budget for 2024 – 2026" and proposals of state bodies, a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014  №403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and dated September 18, 2014 №404 «On approval of the Table of distribution of budget revenues between budget levels, control cash account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Victims Compensation Fund, Education Infrastructure Support Fund, The Special State Fund and budgets of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union» (hereinafter – the draft order).

The draft order made additions to the opening of new budget programs and budget subprograms.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) On March 29, 2024.
