Press release to the draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 № 30 «On approval of the list of specifics of the economic classification of expenses, including types of expenses for which registration of concluded civil law transactions is mandatory»

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 № 30 «On approval of the list of specifics of the economic classification of expenses, including types of expenses for which registration of concluded civil law transactions is mandatory».

This project has been developed:

  1. as part of the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 7, 2023 № 988 «On signing an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on the implementation of the project «Second Expert Review of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development «Competition Law and Policy in Kazakhstan», according to which the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan is authorized to sign an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on the implementation of the project «Second Expert Review of the OECD «Competition Law and Policy in Kazakhstan»;
  2. As part of the implementation of the «Framework Program of Cooperation for Sustainable Development of the Country of Kazakhstan for 2021-2025» dated August 12, 2020 and the Co-financing Agreement between the United Nations Children's Fund in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2023.

The project is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts http://legalacts.egov.kz on March 6, 2024.

The deadline for public discussion of the Project is until March 26, 2024.
