Press release on publication of the report on the public participation budget in 20 regions for 2023

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan publishes the report on the public participation budget for 2023 similar to the report for 2022.

There is a tendency for the number of projects to increase by 541 compared to 2022 (523 projects in 2022).

Expenses, aimed at the implementation of 1 064 projects of the public participation budget for 2023, amounted to 18 696,1 million tenge (respectively 18 677,2 million tenge for the implementation of 523 projects in 2022).

Citizens of  20 regions positively note the usage of the public participation budget and the fulfillment of their requests, which allows strengthening the connection between regional authorities and local population.
