Press release to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 2, 2016 № 630 «On Approval of the Rules for Drawing up and Submitting Budget Reports by State Institutions, administrators of budget programs, authorized budget execution bodies and offices of akims of cities of regional significance, villages, settlements, rural districts»

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 2, 2016 № 630 «On approval of the Rules for the preparation and submission of budget Reports by state institutions, administrators of budget programs, authorized bodies for budget execution and offices of akims of cities of regional significance, villages, settlements, rural districts».

This project was developed in the implementation of subparagraphs 2) and 12) of paragraph 4 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the return of illegally acquired assets to the State», in order to bring it into line with paragraph 3 of Article 6 and paragraph 1 of Article 124 of the Budget Code in terms of inclusion in the composition of the consolidated budget of receipts and expenditures of the Special State Fund and the addition of a report on receipts and expenditures of the Special State Fund to the list of reports of state institutions.
