Press Release on the project of the order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Rules and Deadlines for the Implementation of the Pilot Project on the Demonstration of Due Tax Diligence by Taxpayers"

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Rules and Deadlines for the Implementation of the Pilot Project on the Demonstration of Due Tax Diligence by Taxpayers" (hereinafter referred to as the Project).

The purpose of adopting the Project is to test the application of the RBP IS data in tax administration, hosted by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" on the website https://kyc.kz/, for demonstrating due tax diligence by taxpayer-purchasers in verifying the reliability and integrity of the taxpayer-supplier.

The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of financial resources from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Project will not lead to negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
