PRESS RELEASE to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2014 № 511 «On approval of the rules for the drafting and submitting of the budget application»

   The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Оn Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2014 No. 511 «On Approval of the Rules for Drawing Up and Submitting a Budget Application»» was amended to exclude the form of calculating expenses according to the specifics of 132 «Remuneration of foster teachers» and excluding the number, under which they are registered, as well as the dates of adoption of legislative acts in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts.».

   The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz) on January 30, 2024.
