The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – № 776 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2019 "On Approval of the Rules for the Use by State Revenue Authorities of Information Provided by Second-tier Banks and Organizations Engaged in Certain Types of Banking Operations in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments and the Budget" (Tax Code)" (hereinafter referred to as the Project).

The project was developed in implementation of Article 256 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the invalidation of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On compulsory social Insurance" and paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts" (hereinafter – the Law).
