Press release to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 № 30 «On approval of the list of specifics of the economic classification of expenses, including types of expenses for which registration of concluded civil law transactions is mandatory»

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 № 30 «On approval of the list of specifics of the economic classification of expenses, including types of expenses for which registration of concluded civil transactions is mandatory».

This project was developed as part of the implementation of the order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 26, 2023 № 425 «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 № 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan», according to which changes were made to the structure of the specifics of the economic classification of expenses the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The project is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts http://legalacts.egov.kz on January 5, 2024.
