Draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On amendments to the resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 25, 2015 No. 325 “On approval of the Rules for the use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and invalidation of certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and dated August 24, 2017 No. 503 “On approval of the Rules for the preparation and presentation of the annual report on the execution of the republican budget”, developed in implementation of paragraph 5 аrticle 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Legal Acts” (when referring to legislative acts, indication of the numbers under which they are registered, as well as the dates of their adoption, is not required).

          The draft resolution was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz) on December 7, 2023.
