Press release to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 2, 2016 № 630 «On approval of the Rules for Drawing up and Submitting Budget Reports by state institutions, Administrators of Budget Programs, Authorized budget Execution Bodies and Offices of Akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts»

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 2, 2016 № 630 «On approval of the Rules for the preparation and submission of budget reports by state institutions, administrators of budget programs, authorized bodies for budget execution and offices of akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts».

This project was developed in the implementation of subparagraph 4) of paragraph 5 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative reform in the Republic of Kazakhstan», according to which the Budget Code was supplemented by Article 39-3 in terms of the target contribution.
