The draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2021 No. 528 «On approval of the Rules for the distribution of reserves for initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» developed the implementation of paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts» (with reference to legislative acts does not require indication of the numbers under which they are registered, as well as the dates of their adoption). The preamble is provided in accordance with legal requirements.
