to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2015 № 179 "On approval of Natural standards for providing state bodies with official and duty cars, telephone communication, office furniture and areas for the placement of the apparatus of state bodies"" (hereinafter – the draft)

 

 

The project was developed in implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 14, 2023 № 303 dsp "On some issues of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy", paragraph 2 of the Extract from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2023 № 314 "On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11, 2008 № 533 "On the staffing structure of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan". At the same time, an amendment is envisaged regarding the exclusion of the distribution of natural norms by official and duty vehicles to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
