to the draft Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 11, 2018 № 256 "On Approval of the Rules for Reimbursement of Expenses for Business Trips at the Expense of Budgetary Funds, including to Foreign Countries" (hereinafter – the draft)

 

The project was developed in implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 14, 2023 №. 303 dsp "On some issues of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy", paragraph 2 of the Extract from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2023 № 314 "On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11, 2008 № 533 "On the staffing structure of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as the draft provides for other amendments.
