PRESS RELEASE to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some Issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On Approval of the Table of Distribution of Budget Revenues between Budget Levels, the Cash Control Account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Victims Compensation Fund, The Education Infrastructure Support Fund, the Special State Fund and the budgets of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union»» (hereinafter - the draft order)

 

  In the implementation of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the republican budget for 2024-2026», a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister has been developed - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some Issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On Approval of the Table of Distribution of Budget Revenues between Budget Levels, the Cash Control Account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Victims Compensation Fund, The Education Infrastructure Support Fund, the Special State Fund and the budgets of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union»».

  Changes have been made according to the proposals of the administrators of republican and local budget programs regarding the opening of new budget programs (subprograms).

  The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) on November 10, 2023.
