The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On introducing amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» was developed based on proposals from government bodies in accordance with Articles 55 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of opening budget programs to ensure the functioning of zoos and arboretums, Article 175 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of opening budget programs for lending investment projects in the agro-industrial complex from the regional budget, as well as in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local Public Administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of stimulating innovation, developing digitalization, information security and education» for the construction of communication networks for cities of republican significance, the capital and district (city of regional significance) .
