Draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2015 №498 «On approval of the Rules for equipping production lines of ethyl alcohol and (or) alcoholic beverages with control metering devices, their functioning and accounting, except for the production of wine in bulk (wine material), as well as beer and beer drink, the production capacity of which is below four hundred thousand decaliters per year of products, the production capacity of which is below four hundred thousand decaliters per year of products»

     Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2022 №38–r "On measures to Implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2021 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Public Administration, Improvement of the Collateral Policy of second-tier Banks, Regulation of Appraisal Activities and Enforcement Proceedings" and amendments to the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 17, 2021 №32-r "On measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 "On Amendments and Additions to the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan"".

    The following changes were made:

    According to the Technical Regulations, the types of alcoholic beverages are defined, including instead of the words "beer and beer drink", "brewing products" are used.

    The deadline for public discussion of the draft order is October 16, 2023.

    In this connection, this norm of the Order is subject to compliance.
