Draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2023 No. 752 «On Amendments to Some Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» was developed in connection with the occurrence of legal conflicts, there was a need to bring into compliance the introduction of a suspensive norm (bringing into compliance the provision providing for the introduction of a suspensive norm, as a result of which all current specifics of economic classifications of expenses).
