Тhe seminar for deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament on the consideration of the draft republican budget

A seminar for the deputy corps on «Methodological approaches and legal norms of consideration of the draft budget in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was held in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The presentation was presented by the Director of the Budget Legislation Department of the Ministry of Finance O.Beisembayev together with the Acting Chairman of the Board of JSC "Center for Electronic Finance" Ya.Tuleshev.

During the seminar, the deputies were explained the main stages of the development and consideration of the draft republican budget, starting from the stage of developing the Forecast of socio-economic development to the adoption of the draft budget, with an emphasis on issues of ensuring budget balance, responsibility for results at all levels, as well as changes in the approaches of consideration of the draft republican budget in Parliament under the new Budget Code.
