Press release to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 № 160 «On approval of tax Application forms»

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan draft order "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 № 160 «On approval of tax application forms» in order to bring it into compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The grounds for the adoption of the draft regulatory legal act was to bring the taxpayer's tax application form for revocation of tax reporting in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget», where additional cells were introduced in Appendix 3 to the said order.

Also, in order to optimize the tax application, the form of the tax application for offsetting and (or) refunds of taxes, payments to the budget, customs duties, penalties, interest and fines has been revised, where Annex 15 to this order is set out in a new edition.
