Press release to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 № 540 «On approval of the Rules of budget execution and its cash service»

The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 № 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its cash services», developed in the implementation of subparagraph 4) of paragraph 5 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on implementation of the Address of the Head of State dated March 16, 2022», according to which in the third paragraph of subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 54 of the Budget Code the words «cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts» are excluded.
