The adoption of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On ratification of the Agreement in the form of an exchange of notes on the procedure for recognizing official documents confirming residency issued by the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the avoidance of double taxation of income and property» will allow establishing a simplified procedure for recognizing official documents confirming residency issued by the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan by canceling any special certificate, including apostille or consular legalization, which is important for tax purposes, as well as to improve the investment climate.
