PRESS RELEASE to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan»»

In the implementation of subparagraph 2) of paragraph 5 of Article 1 of the Law «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative Reform in the Republic of Kazakhstan» regarding the addition of paragraph 1 of Article 33 of the Budget Code of the target contribution to the types of budget programs depending on the content of budget programs, Letters of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 5-08-02/2838-I dated May 15, 2023 on supplementing the budget program 762 to the administrator of budget programs and the decision of the East Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat No. 20/185-VII dated November 4, 2022, Akimat Resolution No. 274 dated November 7, 2022 developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» (hereinafter – the draft order).

The draft order amended the economic classification of budget expenditures in terms of excluding transfers to the social health insurance fund, supplementing the specifics of the target contribution and the proposal of the local executive body to open a budget program.
