to the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On invalidation of certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter – the draft)

 

The project was developed to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative Reform in the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter – the Law).

The draft provides for the invalidation of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2015 № 146 «On approval of the Rules for the development of natural norms», as amended in accordance with the Law, according to which amendments were made to the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the exclusion of the function of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of the order of natural norms.
