PRESS-RELEASE to the draft Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2008 № 387 «On certain issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

         The Draft Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2008 № 387 «On certain issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (here in after – the Draft Decree) was developed in accordance with  the realization of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administration reforms in the Republic of Kazakhstan» dated April 19, 2023.  

The implementation of the project will not require  the allocation  of funds from the republican budget.

The adoption of the draft  will update the Statue of the  Ministry of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and bring it into line with the current legislation  of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
