to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On approval of the allocation table of budget revenues between levels budgets, the cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Victims Compensation Fund, the Education Infrastructure Support Fund and state budgets – members of the Eurasian Economic Union»»

 

To implement the draft Report on the results of the joint control event «Joint audit by the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia, the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation of compliance in 2021 by the authorized bodies of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan,  the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation of the Protocol on the procedure for Crediting and Allocating Amounts of Import customs Duties (other duties, taxes and fees having Equivalent Effect), their transfer to the income of the budgets of the Member States» (approved by the decision of the joint meeting of the collegiums (councils, authorized persons) The Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia, the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Minutes of November 28, 2022 No. 01-26/102) and the draft Protocol on amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 regarding the non-extension of its provisions on the crediting and distribution of import customs duties on legal relations arising in the field of subsoil use in the Republic of Kazakhstan under contracts concluded before July 1, 2010, a draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On Approval of the Allocation Table of Budget Revenues between Budget Levels, the cash Control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the compensation to victims, the Education Infrastructure Support Fund and the budgets of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union»» (hereinafter referred to as the draft order).

The draft order amended the classification of budget revenues in terms of excluding other revenues from subsoil users and defining a single CBC for the transfer of import customs duties.
