In implementation of the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry «On amendments and additions to the Order of the Acting Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2016 No. 274 «On approval of Instructions for drawing up, submitting and reviewing the calculation of expenditures on public procurement of goods, works, services in the field of informatization» No. 118/NK dated March 30, 2023, a draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» (hereinafter – the draft Order).

The draft Order made changes to the opening of a separate specifics for payment of works and services in the field of informatization in the economic classification of budget expenditures.
