to the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2015 No. 179 «On approval of Natural standards for providing state bodies with official and duty cars, telephone communication, office furniture and areas for the placement of the apparatus of state bodies»» (hereinafter – the draft)

 

The project was developed to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2022 No. 157 «On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of the Address of the Head of State dated March 16, 2022» according to which the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 «On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan» changes were made in terms of replacing the words «Secretary» with «Chairman», Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2023 No. 79 «On measures to further improve the system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan» according to which the state institution «Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was transformed into a state institution «Apparatus of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan». At the same time, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015 No. 150 «On approval of the Register of positions of political and administrative civil servants», the position «Deputy Heads of the Office of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was added.

In this connection, the Draft has been amended in terms of replacing the words «Secretary» with «Chairman», «Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan» with «Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan», and also provides for an official car for Deputy Heads of the Office of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
