to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 25, 2015 No. 126 "On Approval of the Rules for consideration and selection of targeted transfers for Development" (hereinafter - the draft)

The project was developed to implement the Protocol instructions of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kulginov A.S. dated February 12, 2023 regarding the inclusion of financing for the construction of additional education and cultural facilities at the expense of the republican budget, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhumangarin S.M. dated December 1, 2022 and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kulginov A.S. dated December 26, 2022 regarding the inclusion of a biobank of microorganisms and a physical protection system in the list of facilities funded from the republican budget.

In this connection, the Rules for the consideration and selection of targeted transfers for development have been amended in terms of funding from the republican budget for the construction of centers for innovative creativity of schoolchildren (palaces of schoolchildren for 500-600 seats, children's art schools for 150 seats) and biological safety infrastructure facilities that handle pathogenic biological agents 1, 2, 3, 4 pathogenicity groups, including ensuring their physical protection.
