PRESS RELEASE to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On approval of allocation table of budget revenues between budget levels, cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Victims Compensation Fund, Education Infrastructure Support Fund and budgets of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union»»

   A draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister was developed - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to the Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and dated September 18, 2014 No. 404 «On approval of allocation table of budget revenues between budget levels, cash control account of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Victims Compensation Fund, Education Infrastructure Support Fund and the budgets of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union»» (hereinafter referred to as the draft order)   was developed in implementation of the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On adjusting the indicators of the republican budget for 2023, increasing the annual planned assignments of the relevant budget programs at the expense of the remaining budget funds of 2022 and the use (re-use) in 2023 of unused (underutilized) amounts of targeted transfers for development allocated from the republican budget in 2022, and amendments and additions to the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 6, 2022 No. 987 «On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Budget for 2023-2025».

   The amendments and additions in connection with the reorganization of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the transfer of functions and powers in the field of state geological exploration of the subsoil, reproduction of the mineral resource base to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan was made by the draft Order.

   The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) on February 21, 2023.
