to the draft order to the order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2016 No. 629 «On approval of the Instructions for Budget Monitoring»

(hereinafter – the draft order)

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of certain instructions of the Head of State» Article 45 of the Budget Code was supplemented by paragraph 9-2, which provides for the central authorized bodies of the relevant industries (spheres) to monitor the execution of targeted current transfers included in the base of local budgets when calculating transfers of a general nature, minimum volumes funds in the following directions, established by the law on the volume of transfers of a general nature and the provision of monitoring results to the central authorized body for budget execution for the formation of an analytical report on the implementation of the relevant budget program.

In this connection, the draft order has made appropriate additions to the Instructions for conducting budget monitoring.
