PRESS RELEASE to the draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2014 No. 403 «Some issues of the Unified Budget Classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan»» (hereinafter - the draft Order)

   Amendments to paragraph 5 of Article 55 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of supplementing the functions of district akimats in cities of republican significance were made  by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on implementation of certain instructions of the Head of State".

    In this connection, the functional classification of expenses for the opening of new budget programs and subprograms were  amended by  the draft Order.
