to the draft Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 11, 2018 № 256 «On Approval of the Rules for Reimbursement of Expenses for Business Trips at the Expense of Budgetary Funds, including to Foreign Countries» (hereinafter – the draft)

 

The project was developed in the implementation of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2022 № 153 «On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan», the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2023 № 79 «On measures to further improve the public administration system of the Republic of Kazakhstan», Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2022 № 1017 «On renaming the city of Nur-Sultan – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Astana – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

In this connection, the Rules for reimbursement of expenses for official business trips at the expense of budgetary funds, including to foreign countries, have been amended in terms of the formation of the Constitutional Court, renaming the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, renaming the capital to the city of Astana, as well as bringing the words «according to the tariff» into line with the terminology of paragraph 7 of the Rules for reimbursement of expenses for Business trips at the expense of budgetary funds, including to foreign countries.
