PRESS RELEASE to the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 24, 2017 No. 502 "On approval of the Rules for the development of the draft republican budget"

The draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 24, 2017 No. 502 "On approval of the Rules for the development of the draft republican budget" was developed in the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of individual orders of the Head of State" dated "30" December 2022.

The purpose of the adoption of this project is the legislative consolidation by the authorized state body of the relevant industry of the basic parameters of public-private partnership projects (including goals and objectives, institutional scheme, estimated payments from budget funds, state support measures, etc.) at the planning stage and the development of documents of the State Planning System.

In this regard, it is proposed to amend subparagraph 6) of paragraph 21 of the draft Resolution in terms of replacing the words "state programs, concepts for the development of the industry (sphere), national projects" with "documents of the state planning System".
