The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2014 No. 540 «On approval of the Rules for Budget Execution and its cash services», which provides for the rules for treasury support of advance payments when paying for construction contracts on based on payment certificates of customers.
